Introduction

Anglesey

Land and Lakes have now completed the purchase of 600 acres of land at Penrhos on Holy Island, Anglesey, following receipt of satisfactory planning permission. Our vision is to create a nationally significant eco-leisure holiday resort, which will complement the rich coastal landscape in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Penrhos is defined by its mature woodland, grassland meadows and sweeping sandy beaches. It features nature trails, woodland walks and  buildings from the historic Penrhos Estate. Our scheme has been carefully planned to conserve the character of this exceptional natural environment.

Our development has the potential to be transformative for local communities, generating hundreds of sustainable new jobs and training opportunities. Our plans also include a 75 acre high-quality residential housing scheme, half of which will be designated as affordable housing for local people.

We want to create a legacy development that will rejuvenate local communities and promote economic viability for generations to come.
